Came here because one of our favorite Sichuan restaurants is closed for a few weeks. The food here was good, especially the two entrees ordered. Would not order shrimp dumpling won ton soup again as it was very bland nor would we order the cucumber salad. It was lacking flavor. Would return but would be hard to steer here instead of our favorite places (Taste of Chengdu and Chuan Fu). Service was outstanding!

This is the HotPot restaurant remodeled, and an upgraded menu. The food is authentic Chinese. The decor is updated, and inviting. Our server Elle is fantastic, friendly outgoing, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We all agreed that our meals were excellent, and the portions very large. We will return, to try other items.

As someone born and raised in California in a Cantonese family, I've eaten dim sum my entire life. The dim sum here is easily the closest I've found to the quality and flavors I grew up with. I highly recommended and will definitely come back! We'll definitely be back!

After learning this was the old Chuan Lu gardens Sichuan location and same owners , I know I had to try it. Came here originally for the duck but switched it over to a dinner of dim sum to see how the quality was. And although I have limited experience with dim sum. I have to say it was a 5/5 for me. The XLB had paper thin skins which is a sign of quality. The Har Gow / shrimp dumplings were very flavorful. Especially with the soy sauce / vinegar / chili oil combo. We also ordered some sticky rice wrapped in the leaves and they were fragrant. Had to get the rest pork / Char siu rice rolls. The place was ultra clean and well lighted. The staff were very attentive and the food came out quick and hot. Next time I’ll have to come in and try the classic dishes like beef chow fun , cumin lamb , some of the clay pot dishes and hopefully they still have some of the Sichuan dishes like La Zi fish.

Went here on Easter Sunday with my mom and had a great experience. The food was very flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend the double cooked pork and soup dumplings. The clay pot was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. The service was not bad but not great either, people were friendly but i think they were just busy. Great spot on mills
